About The Position

Brady Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, execute, and assess talent growth initiatives across the business. The role develops interactive web-based training, administers the corporate Cornerstone learning management system, and uses data analytics to support continuous learning for a global team. The specialist also conducts training needs assessments and collaborates with business units and global HR teams to improve employee development programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive web-based training, storyboards, and job aids using authoring tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
• Establish standardized templates and development documentation.
• Administer the corporate learning management system, including uploading SCORM/xAPI course packages, creating learning tracks and cohorts, and assigning compliance certifications.
• Conduct training needs assessments across business units and design, deliver, and continuously improve employee development programs.
• Partner with global HR teams on global HR initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and report learning metrics, completion rates, and post-training evaluations, including Kirkpatrick levels 1–3, to measure business impact and ROI.
• Share expertise in developing and using e-learning methodologies for course design.
• Manage project-related tasks, including corporate communications, training materials, customer support, reporting, and analysis.
• Partner with corporate communications to announce global learning campaigns and initiatives.
