The specialist will design, develop, and implement customized L&D programs/processes to help equip employees with the skills they need to transform how they work and excel in their careers. This role involves working closely with company leaders to translate business needs into practical, AI-driven learning/workflow solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of L&D experience
- Strong AI expertise including experience driving AI adoption
- Staying up to date with the latest AI advancements
- Bachelor’s degree
