About The Position

The Leader at Qdoba works in a fast-paced airport dining environment for Paradies Lagardère, an airport concessionaire. The role supports a restaurant focused on freshly made, Mexican-inspired food prepared with quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The schedule listed is Sunday 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Monday 6 a.m.–2 p.m., Tuesday off, Wednesday 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Thursday 2 p.m.–10 p.m., Friday 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and Saturday off. The position calls for someone who can lead and motivate a diverse team, communicate effectively with customers and team members, stay organized, and manage changing priorities. The work is in a team-oriented, 7-days-a-week, year-round environment and involves customer service and physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting at least 25 pounds, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances. The environment may have varying temperatures.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
