About The Position

The Leader works in Qdoba, an airport dining concept operated by Paradies Lagardère. The role supports a freshly prepared, Mexican-inspired food experience and works in a diverse, inclusive, team-oriented retail and dining environment. The position requires leadership, customer service, organization, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The stated schedule is Sunday 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Monday 6 a.m.–2 p.m., Tuesday off, Wednesday 5:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., Thursday 2 p.m.–10 p.m., Friday 2 p.m.–10 p.m., and Saturday off.

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Self-starter able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. and perform essential functions including standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing a ladder, and walking long distances.
Ability to stand for long periods and work in an environment with varying temperatures.
