About The Position

At the Chick-fil-A location at Detroit Metro Airport, Leaders help ensure guest satisfaction by properly training employees and ensuring adherence to company standard operating procedures. The team focuses on freshly prepared food made with quality ingredients, including chicken made from breast meat and breaded by hand in the restaurant.

Leaders help team members perform a variety of tasks, including preparing food, stocking supplies, serving guests, cleaning tables and counters, resetting and bussing tables, greeting guests, and answering questions. The role contributes to creating and delivering first-class experiences for the traveling public.

The listed schedule is Sunday and Monday off, with shifts Tuesday through Saturday from 4 a.m. to 12 p.m. The position is in a team-oriented, 7/365 environment.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics in English.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach, grip, climb a ladder, and walk long distances.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in an environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, 7/365 environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
