About The Position

Join Cisco’s Global GTM Incubation & Emerging Technologies team, which commercializes and scales new technology innovations. The team works with Product and Business Units to test early go-to-market hypotheses, secure initial customer wins, and create repeatable sales and partner playbooks for broader sales organizations. The role will build the Multicloud Fabric GTM engineering incubation product into a repeatable, evidence-led sales motion. This includes validating product-market fit, creating the field operating model, and turning early customer learning into scalable portfolio execution. The role leads the Americas-first team, coordinates assigned Solutions Engineering capacity, and develops the incubation sales process, including qualification, proof plans, adoption gates, pipeline rigor, enablement, and executive reviews. The position partners with product and engineering organizations on product-market-fit evidence, roadmap trade-offs, deployment friction, and reference architectures. It also designs the strategic handoff from a high-touch incubation team to broader networking and portfolio sales organizations to support continued growth and scale. This is a remote role open to U.S.-based candidates; relocation is not available.
