About The Position

This position assists the Supervisor in coordinating the department’s daily responsibilities. The Lead ensures the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to team members and carried out correctly and on time. The role monitors equipment to ensure it is working properly, reports maintenance needs to the Supervisor, maintains a safe work environment, and follows Tyson policies and procedures. Requirements
