About The Position

Everbrook Academy is hiring Lead Teachers for Toddler, Twos, and Early Preschool classrooms. Teachers create engaging learning experiences, support children’s development, manage classrooms, implement curriculum, follow licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with families. The role is intended for energetic, dependable, and passionate individuals who are at least 18 years old and can meet state education requirements and the center’s requirements. Teachers must be able to work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activities with children.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in the classroom.
• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.
