About The Position

Everbrook Academy is hiring Lead Teachers for its toddler program at the McKinney center. Lead Teachers create interactive learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and support children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth. They lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, follow licensing guidelines and company standards, and build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote each child’s achievement and the center’s success.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate.
