About The Position

Everbrook Academy of Otsego is hiring Lead Toddler/Preschool Teachers to create engaging learning experiences and support children’s development. Lead Teachers promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in their classroom, manage classroom activities, implement curriculum, and follow licensing guidelines and company standards. They also build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success, while mentoring fellow teachers.

The role requires working indoors or outdoors and participating in physical activities with children. The schedule is Monday through Friday. Compensation is $21.56–$22.40 per hour, with pay based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options are available. The company also participates in the Minnesota Great Start Compensation program, which provides compensation in addition to regular hourly pay.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Be able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
