About The Position

Everbrook Academy of Otsego is hiring Lead Toddler/Preschool Teachers to inspire children to become lifelong learners. Lead Teachers create fun, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers; promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children in their class; manage the classroom and implement curriculum; and follow licensing guidelines and company standards. They also build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

The role involves working indoors or outdoors and participating in physical activities with children. The position offers a Monday–Friday work week. Compensation is $21.56–$22.40 per hour, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options are available. Full-time employees receive immediate medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Limited medical coverage is offered to part-time workers. Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification, is available to all employees. The company participates in the MN Great Start Compensation program, which provides compensation in addition to regular hourly pay.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
