About The Position
Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a motivated Lead Technician to perform carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services while taking on team leadership and operational responsibilities. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing team, develop professionally, and help build the business alongside leadership. The technician will communicate with customers, document work, maintain company equipment and vehicles, and remain open to cross-training in related services.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in carpet cleaning and/or water restoration.
- Must be licensed to drive in North Carolina.
- Comfortable with hands-on physical work.
- Eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Tech-savvy enough to use mobile devices for daily reports.
- Available for weekends and after-hours.
Nice To Haves
- IICRC certification, such as CCT or WRT.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Experience making sales.
Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level carpet and floor cleaning and water restoration services.
- Provide team leadership and take operational responsibility.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Complete work orders, logs, and other documentation accurately.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicle.
- Remain open to cross-training in mold, fire, trauma, and odor services.
- Be a team player and lead by example.
