About The Position

The Lead Technical Program Manager on the Corporate Sector's Operating Model Enablement team drives delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm. The role applies technical expertise and program leadership to develop solutions, manage resources and budgets, and guide high-performing teams in an environment involving ambiguity and change. It also contributes to operational planning and risk management, builds effective stakeholder relationships, and promotes high-quality, professional service delivery.

The position uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program planning, risk synthesis, governance, and reporting, with human validation and attention to data sensitivity. It also manages the company's work management capabilities in Monday.com, including backend builds, workflows, work intake and triage, analytics, data synthesis, and data hygiene.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities for program management workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, including establishing productive relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.

• Experience building and scaling intake, prioritization, discovery, and delivery frameworks for large organizations.
• Demonstrated success designing governance models, service delivery methodologies, and consulting operating frameworks.
• Experience defining business value frameworks, benefits realization approaches, KPIs, and executive reporting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on time.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address potential roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain program momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables and align them with business goals.
• Assess program performance using analytical reasoning, identify improvement areas, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering learning and innovation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting practices, ensuring human review and alignment with delivery standards.
• Organize and manage work management capabilities in Monday.com, including backend builds, workflows, intake and triage, analytics, data synthesis, and data hygiene.
