About The Position

As a Lead Technical Program Manager on the Corporate Sector's Operating Model Enablement team, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that support business goals across the firm. You will apply technical expertise to develop solutions while managing resources, budgets, and teams. The role requires navigating ambiguity and change, aligning technology initiatives with business goals, and building productive stakeholder relationships to influence decisions. You will contribute to operational plans and risk management strategies and support high-quality service delivery.

The role also includes organizing the company's work management in Monday.com, including backend builds, workflow development and management, work intake and triage, analytics, data synthesis, and data hygiene. You will use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support planning, risk synthesis, governance, and reporting, validating AI outputs and handling information according to data-sensitivity requirements.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in the work environment to support program management workflows, with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalate when uncertain, and follow data-handling expectations.
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, including establishing productive working relationships and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.

• Experience building and scaling intake, prioritization, discovery, and delivery frameworks for large organizations.
• Success designing governance models, service delivery methodologies, and consulting operating frameworks.
• Experience defining business value frameworks, benefits realization approaches, KPIs, and executive reporting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that incorporate technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on time.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address potential roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Assess program performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering team learning and innovation.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, with human review and alignment to delivery standards.
• Organize work management using Monday.com, including backend builds, workflow development and management, intake and triage, analytics, data synthesis, and data hygiene.
