About The Position

Define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role aligns products with market demands and delivers customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives. It manages complex or high-priority technical products or product lines, with scope that may include setting direction for a team, a group of teams, or multiple groups of teams. The role leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, may influence executive decisions, mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership. No supervisory responsibility is specified.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA), preferably in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
• Detail software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide product development.
• Support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
• Monitor product performance, represent the voice of the customer, and ensure product viability, business alignment, and a high-quality user experience.
• Participate in sprint planning and support feature refinement.
• Act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.
• Mentor less experienced staff and lead significant projects and long-term plans.
