About The Position
The Lead Teacher at LaPetite Academy of Powder Springs creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while leading classroom management and curriculum implementation. The Lead Teacher is expected to know and follow licensing guidelines and company standards, and to build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success. The position requires someone who can work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
