About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures familiarity with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher builds sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote each child’s achievement and support the center’s success. The position requires working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
