About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow teachers. The role promotes preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth; leads classroom management and curriculum implementation; follows licensing guidelines and company standards; and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children's achievement and the center's success. The position requires meeting state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements, and being able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. The posting specifies an MD 90 Hours requirement.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must have MD 90 Hours.
