About The Position
The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and leads classroom management and curriculum implementation while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher builds sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and the center’s success. Candidates must be at least 18, have classroom leadership and lesson-planning experience, meet state education and center requirements, and be able to work indoors or outdoors and participate in physical activity with children.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
- Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
