About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in the classroom, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Learning Care Group provides childcare and early childhood education programs for children from 6 weeks to 12 years through a family of brands. Its research-based curriculum is designed to support holistic child development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, prepare children for school, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
