About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher builds sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote each child’s achievement and support the center’s success. Teachers work with children in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment and support holistic child development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center's requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
