About The Position

The Children's Courtyard of Fargo is hiring an Assistant Teacher to help provide daily care for children and support their learning and development. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating with families. The assistant teacher will complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development.

Requirements

• Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
