About The Position

The Floating Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at The Children's Courtyard of Raeford. The role involves following licensing guidelines and company standards, maintaining a clean, organized, fun, and interactive classroom, and engaging with children indoors and outdoors. The teacher develops skills in observing and assessing children, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. Extensive training is provided on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
