About The Position

The Teacher provides daily care and learning experiences for children at The Children's Courtyard of Raeford. The role follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children's development, plans learning activities, and communicates with families. Teachers complete training on child care, preschool, and child development, and implement the company's proprietary curriculum through fun, interactive experiences. The position involves engaging with children indoors and outdoors and taking part in physical activity with them.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or a related field.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the center's requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about the work.
