About The Position

The Floating Assistant Teacher supports the daily care and learning of children at The Children's Courtyard of Raeford. The role follows licensing guidelines and company standards, helps maintain a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom, and develops the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families. The teacher completes extensive training in childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Requirements

• Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.
