About The Position

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire children to become lifelong learners. The role focuses on preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth through engaging learning experiences and curriculum implementation. The Lead Teacher manages the classroom, mentors fellow teachers, follows licensing guidelines and company standards, and builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

The role may involve working indoors or outdoors and engaging in physical activity with children. Candidates must be at least 18 and able to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Develop fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Mentor fellow Teachers.
