About The Position

The Lead Teacher creates fun, interactive learning experiences and mentors fellow Teachers. The role promotes the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, leads classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensures compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. The Lead Teacher also builds relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support children’s achievement and the center’s success.

Learning Care Group describes its early education programs as research-based and designed to support holistic child development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Its programs serve children from 6 weeks to 12 years and are delivered through a family of brands, with curriculum developed by its in-house Education team.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and the childcare center’s requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
