About The Position

Childtime is hiring a Lead Teacher to support preschool children’s learning and development. The role includes creating interactive learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, leading classroom management and curriculum implementation, following licensing guidelines and company standards, and building relationships with current and prospective families. The position requires at least 12 Early Childhood Education units and the ability to meet state and center requirements. The teacher must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Compensation is based on position, education, and experience. The employer offers bi-weekly and daily pay options. The listed work week is Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units (required).
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
