About The Position

The Lead Infant Teacher provides daily care and early learning experiences for children in a licensed childcare center. The role follows licensing guidelines and company standards, observes and assesses children, plans educational activities, and communicates with families. The teacher implements the company’s proprietary curriculum and creates fun, interactive learning experiences. Extensive training is provided on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. The position involves engaging in physical activity with children and working indoors or outdoors.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of experience leading an early childhood classroom and creating educational lesson plans in a licensed center.
• A minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education units.
• Ability to meet state requirements for background checks, immunizations, CPR/First Aid, and mandated reporter training.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
