About The Position

Little Eggs, part of Cadence Education, is hiring an Infant Lead Teacher in Hanover, Maryland. The Lead Teacher creates a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment for infants, supports their development through play and age-appropriate activities, and collaborates with fellow teachers and families. The role includes planning a daily schedule that balances quiet time, active play, and motor-skill development, and sharing daily updates with parents. The position is described as an immediate-start, full-time role with business-hours availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Experience as an infant teacher.
• Flexible and able to work during business hours.
• Previous preschool lead teacher experience.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.
