About The Position

Little Eggs, part of Cadence Education, is hiring an Infant Lead Teacher in Hanover, Maryland. The teacher will create a nurturing and safe environment for infants, support their curiosity and development through age-appropriate play, and plan a daily schedule that balances quiet time, active play, and motor-skill activities. The role includes working with other teachers to develop an engaging curriculum and sharing daily updates with parents. The teacher is also expected to model kindness and social skills, support children’s interests, and contribute to a positive, growth-focused classroom environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Meet all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
Experience as an infant teacher.
Previous preschool lead teacher experience.
Flexible and available during business hours.

Nice To Haves

Child Development Associate (CDA) or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.
Classroom management skills.

Responsibilities
