About The Position
The Lead Shower and Bath Installer performs safe and effective bathroom installations in accordance with company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols, while providing customers with a 5-star experience. The role is based in Denver, Colorado, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6:30 AM start. The installer arrives at the warehouse to load materials and trucks, travels to customers’ homes, removes existing bath or shower fixtures, and installs new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds. Plumbing may also be updated when needed. The installer cleans the work area, collects paperwork and payment, and returns to the warehouse.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or construction, or a willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A valid smartphone or smart device to access company-required systems using two-factor authentication.
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
- Travel to customers’ homes, greet customers, and establish rapport.
- Demolish existing bath or shower installations.
- Install new tubs or shower pans and wall surrounds, and update plumbing if needed.
- Clean up thoroughly and take care of the customer’s home.
- Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and personal protective equipment protocols.
