Lead School Security Officer - St Paul, MN
About The Position
American Security & Investigations is hiring a Lead Security Officer to serve and protect school buildings and facilities in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role works with children of all ages, teachers, and administration personnel, both independently and as part of a team. The officer is responsible for several other officers across multiple buildings and reports personnel, call-off, and staffing issues to the Account Manager and Area Manager. Multiple buildings are part of the onboarding and training process. Lobby Ambassador training must be completed within 90 days of accepting the position and completing orientation processing. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, for 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $21.25 per hour. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. The role includes walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to speak English for safety reasons.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities
