About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges and achieve long-term financial security. The producer presents tailored insurance and financial solutions, develops client relationships, participates in community and networking events, and builds a client base and independent business. An experienced agent provides mentorship and support. Horace Mann offers products tailored to educators, training, established books of business, value-added client connection services, and a multi-line product portfolio. The role uses a 1099, performance-based compensation model with enhanced commissions and a 36-month incentive plan.
Requirements
- Commitment to helping educators achieve financial prosperity.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
