About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer in Fridley, Minnesota, to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, supported by training, established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a comprehensive multi-line product portfolio. The role offers performance-based compensation, enhanced commissions, incentives, bonuses, and the opportunity to build and grow an independent business serving educators. Work may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements

- Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
