About The Position

Doma Technology is seeking a Lead Product Manager to help build technology that makes real estate closings faster, smarter, and more certain. The role focuses on growing revenue and operating leverage by developing customer experience and automation solutions that reduce friction in the closing process. The Product Manager will drive strategy across growth-focused metrics, feature development, roadmap prioritization, and alignment with engineering, data science, operations, sales, marketing, and other partners. The role focuses on intelligent title search as a durable capability area and on discrete business outcomes, including continued development of the refinance model linked to company OKRs. The Lead Product Manager will own day-to-day execution and the roadmap for Doma’s refinance title decisioning platform, oversee product health and results against company OKRs, and help shape the vision, values, and culture of the Product Team.

  • Business acumen and data-driven and judgment-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to develop a high-ROI roadmap and explain trade-offs.
  • Strong execution skills, including providing engineering, data science, and other partners with context, goals, and clear acceptance criteria; proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data pipelines, and the machine-learning lifecycle, including training data, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Ability to evaluate data quality, accuracy, and cost with engineering and data science partners.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences and making clear recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Ability to align internal and external stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously and turn ambiguity into clarity.

  • Monitor trends and identify risks, anomalies, or performance issues; partner with engineering and operations to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Create dashboards and reporting that improve transparency and accountability.
  • Serve as the product point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Bring recommendations to roadmap reviews and leadership discussions, communicate priorities, and use debate to sharpen thinking.
