Lead Product Manager, Growth

About The Position

We're looking for a Lead PM to own product-led growth across our consumer app. This is not a channel-optimization or referral-tuning seat: you'll own how new and existing users discover value, move through the product, graduate to higher-value products, and adopt more of what we offer across the entire product ecosystem, not a single feature. A core part of this role is building the frameworks that decide where we route users. You'll prioritize journeys for graduation and for the highest enterprise value, and turn that into a clear, shared view of where growth effort should go. To do that well, you'll lead and orchestrate the heads of our different product areas, aligning them on the opportunities and on the growth frameworks everyone builds against. You'll be the most senior product voice on growth: setting the thesis, running the experiments, and making the calls on what we build to move activation, conversion, retention, and cross-product adoption. That includes the judgment call on quality versus speed: knowing when a bet warrants a polished, durable build and when it should ship fast and rough to learn, and being able to defend which mode you're in. We want a real product leader here. Someone who starts from the user, forms sharp hypotheses about why people do and don't move through the product, and validates them with research and experiments before we build. Strong analytics are assumed. Product judgment and user empathy are the spike.

Requirements

  • Deep consumer growth experience, with a proven track record of owning consumer growth end-to-end and impacting business metrics.
  • Experience scaling a product or growth function.
  • Genuine user empathy and strong instincts for user behavior, validated by research.
  • Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and interpreting results.
  • Strategic range, capable of developing multi-quarter growth theses and detailed screen-level optimizations.
  • Judgment on balancing quality versus speed in product development, knowing when to ship fast and rough versus polished and durable.
  • Orchestration and influence skills to lead and align senior product and functional leaders without direct authority.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership abilities with design, credit, and other product owners.
  • Conviction under pressure, with the ability to hold and defend a clear point of view with sharp reasoning.
  • Track record of owning a meaningful product surface in fast-moving environments.
  • Direct-to-consumer product experience is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Subscription experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define the growth thesis for the consumer product, identifying the biggest activation, conversion, retention, and cross-adoption opportunities and the rationale behind them.
  • Develop frameworks to guide user routing, prioritizing journeys for graduation and maximizing enterprise value.
  • Oversee the app structure and information architecture to optimize user navigation and timely access to relevant areas.
  • Champion retention as a primary outcome, not solely focusing on top-of-funnel growth.
  • Create and manage a prioritized experiment roadmap, including designing tests, defining hypotheses, and interpreting results.
  • Manage the end-to-end user funnel, from initial touch through repeat engagement, including inter-product routing and adoption of adjacent products.
  • Orchestrate collaboration with product area heads to align on growth opportunities and shared frameworks.
  • Partner with leaders of Cash Advance, Everyday Money, Line of Credit, and Credit Card products to deliver exceptional user experiences and portfolio returns.
  • Collaborate with Credit and product heads on pricing structures to enhance share of wallet and monetization across the portfolio.
  • Co-own the product pipeline thesis with Credit and the Head of US Core, developing strategy and analysis for identifying and building missing products.
  • Identify and implement net-new growth loops beyond conventional methods.
  • Develop partnership-driven growth opportunities that expand reach beyond the core product.
