Lead Product Designer (AMER)

• Tackle high-impact problems and design innovative solutions that address user needs and drive business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop clear and compelling vision work for medium to long-term product problems
• Work with cross-functional partners to translate high-level vision and strategic objectives into tangible projects and initiatives
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different teams and departments to ensure alignment and communicate design direction and strategy throughout the organization

• Drive innovation across the business and shape the future of the product
• Focus on high-impact problems across the customer-facing logged-in experience and partner-facing integration tools
• Stay up-to-date with new methodologies and practices and seek to evolve the team’s operations in order to produce world-class work
• Use research and data to inform design decisions and communicate insights with the team

• Advocate for customers, users, and partners and bring their voice to life in various communication methods for influencing and driving alignment

• 10+ years of experience designing valuable digital products for significant user bases
• Strong understanding of the product development process, from discovery and shaping to detailed product design work
• Well-versed in design methods, processes, and best practices for user-centered design and ability to apply them situationally
• Strong systems thinking skills, able to identify key gaps in the customer experience and opportunities for improvement
• Strategic mindset and vision-driven approach, able to understand high-level strategy and break down complex ideas into tangible projects and initiatives
• Ability to maintain alignment with overall product strategy while translating high-level visions into actionable projects
• Clear and persuasive communicator, able to advocate for customers, users, and partners and communicate with senior leaders for buy-in
• Results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where execution is key and balance multiple priorities to achieve successful outcomes
• Ability to leverage research and data, understanding when to use qualitative or quantitative methods and how to synthesize insights into actionable plans
