Lead Product Designer (AMER)

• Communicate effectively with senior leaders, partners, stakeholders, and team members
• Drive the execution of projects, balancing multiple priorities and overcoming obstacles
• Leverage research and data to inform decision-making and measure the success of work
• Mentor and coach designers, enhance design practices, and facilitate collaborative sessions
• Tackle high-impact problems, design innovative solutions, and address user needs

• 10+ years of experience designing valuable digital products for significant user bases
• Strong understanding of the product development process
• Well-versed in design methods, processes, and best practices for user-centered design
• Ability to think broadly and holistically and identify gaps in the customer experience
• Strategic mindset and ability to articulate the broader vision and objectives of a product
• Ability to align with product strategy and make informed decisions
• Clear and persuasive communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong project management skills
• Ability to leverage research and data to inform design decisions
