Lead Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our team and contribute to the growth and improvement of our popular platform experiences. In this role, you will analyze user data, identify opportunities for product enhancements, and design and run experiments. The ideal candidate will have experience in product analytics, strong data visualization skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid work arrangement with on-site attendance required 2-3 times per week.

• Be the source of truth and knowledge expert on key metrics and user data.
• Manage metrics and data, create charts, and communicate findings back to key stakeholders.
• Provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide product decision-making processes.
• Design and oversee A/B tests to measure the impact of new features and improvements.
• Collaborate closely with voice designers and engineers, leveraging key insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Hold senior-level or lead positions in Product Analytic roles.
• Leverage data visualization platforms to derive insights and inform strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Conduct quantitative and strategic analyses.
• Independently solve unstructured problems, utilizing appropriate frameworks or techniques.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Have 3-7 years of experience.
• Have a curiosity-driven mindset, self-motivated with a determined attitude, resilient in the face of challenges.
• Have a passion for entertainment and/or games.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be fully integrated into the org and a trusted contributor in the areas you are involved in.
• Contribute to some of the company's best IP (Jeopardy, Question of the Day, Are You Smarter, etc).
• Suggest future areas for opportunity and impact and work towards long-term goals effectively while keeping the team involved.
• Proactively contribute to the overall team strategy, execution, and process improvements.
