- Expeditiously ship features that improve the end-user experience
- Ensure the highest levels of software quality
- Collaborate with product, design, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and promote the technical growth of engineers on the team

- Develop best-in-class voice-controlled products that are social, engaging, and fun to play
- Contribute to the internal engine that allows developers to build and iterate quickly
- Architect and deliver reliable and scalable solutions for products
- Collaborate with UX experts, designers, and data analysts to deliver products quickly and effectively
- Build consumer-facing apps or games at scale
- Operate in environments with fast development cycles focused on rapid product iteration
- Be part of a high-performing engineering team
- Work with audio, voice, or other emerging technologies
- Onboard into Volley's engine and deployment infrastructure
- Take the lead on product roadmap discussions with the product manager
- Familiarize yourself with the project architecture and lay out a technical roadmap
- Deploy new experiments, features, and fixes into production
- Work directly with the product to improve conversion, retention, and monetization for games
- Participate in the hiring process stages

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional coding experience
- Experience leading a product- and experience-focused software development team
- Experience with modern NodeJS and/or Typescript or other strongly typed languages
- Passion for entertainment and/or games
