Senior Growth Engineer

• Deploy new experiments, features, and fixes into production
• Work directly with the product to improve conversion, retention, and monetization
• Participate in the hiring process stages
• Collaborate with various partners and team members during the virtual on-site interview

• Expect a salary range of $164,000 - $225,500 annually

• 6+ years of professional coding experience
• Experience leading and working in a growth engineering-focused team
• Passion for understanding user behavior through experimentation and making data-informed decisions
• Experience with modern NodeJS and/or Typescript or other strongly typed languages
• Passion for entertainment and/or games
