About The Position

Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI) is building a modern healthcare platform that connects data, workflows, and experiences across the health ecosystem. Our mission is to improve health and quality of life globally by making health and research data easier to access, understand, and use for patients, clinicians, administrators, and researchers. We are looking for an experienced Lead Principal Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives that improve customer onboarding, implementation execution, and automation across Oracle Health platforms. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of product strategy, healthcare technology, engineering, implementation operations, and applied AI. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a US Citizen. As a Lead Principal Product Manager, you will own product outcomes for high-impact automation and onboarding capabilities supporting the VA implementation lifecycle and broader onboarding to Gen2 platforms. You will partner closely with engineering, product, and operational stakeholders to turn implementation insights into clear requirements, roadmaps, and scalable automation. The role has a particular focus on VA success as it relates to onboarding acceleration, configuration automation, and product provisioning. You will identify where implementation milestones, recommendations, and configuration work can be streamlined, then align teams around a practical roadmap that improves speed, consistency, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on product leader who is comfortable operating in complex technical and organizational environments. You will translate stakeholder needs and implementation learnings into clear product requirements, roadmap priorities, and measurable outcomes. You will balance customer urgency, technical feasibility, consulting workflows, operational readiness, and long-term platform strategy.
