About The Position

Lead/Principal Product Manager Full-time New York, NY, US Exclusive confidential search — details shared with qualified applicants. Become a Key Player as a Lead/Principal Product Manager You will own a new consumer mobile product end-to-end, setting vision and shipping a fast, data-driven experience that helps consumers visualize paint in their own rooms. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and commercial stakeholders to drive sample sales and build the path to post-selection action. This role is based in New York, NY (onsite).

Requirements

7+ years in product management with experience shipping a 0-to-1 consumer mobile app
Proven ability to operate as a self-starting, hands-on product owner and drive outcomes without a large org
Experience working with ML, computer-vision, or AR engineering teams and making feasibility tradeoffs
Strong design sensibility with attention to look and feel
Data fluency: comfortable defining metrics, pricing logic, and instrumentation
Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York, NY

Nice To Haves

Experience with AR, camera, or try-before-you-buy products
Background in home & interiors or e-commerce / DTC commerce

Responsibilities

Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for the consumer app and validate decisions against real customer behavior and existing audiences
Lead the AI/computer-vision visualization effort to deliver best-in-class color accuracy and lighting realism
Drive sample sales through the product by optimizing flows that convert "samples → app" and "app → samples", coordinating with product, marketing, and platform teams
Own the cost-estimate engine and features that help users act on chosen colors (e.g., find a painter or buy paint)
Translate research and customer insight into validated product experiments and shipped features
