About The Position

The Lead Overnight Casino Cleaning Attendant oversees one or more Environmental Services (EVS) work crews and supports the operation of casino cleaning services. The role includes training and scheduling team members, maintaining key control, attending leader and department meetings, contributing to team evaluations and performance reviews, and inspecting property areas. The attendant communicates and delegates tasks and helps resolve issues involving guests, team members, and managers. The position pays $18.00 per hour and is scheduled from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• At least one year of EVS experience is required.
• Good customer service skills and fluency in English are required.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and remain physically active, including moving, using hands, crouching, and kneeling.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be responsible for one or more EVS work crews.
• Assist with training and scheduling team members and updating station assignments.
• Maintain key control and attend leader shift and department meetings.
• Assist with team evaluations and performance reviews.
• Inspect and submit inspections for property lobbies, restrooms, offices, meeting rooms, food and beverage outlets, and back-of-house areas.
• Communicate and delegate tasks and effectively problem-solve with guests, team members, and managers.
• Assist guests and clean public areas of the casino.
