Casino Cleaning Attendant
About The Position
The Casino Cleaning Attendant helps maintain the daily appearance and cleanliness of the property and casino. The role includes cleaning and polishing surfaces, slot machines, chairs, and ash trays; servicing and cleaning restrooms; cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors; and removing trash. The attendant may need to clean bodily fluids when reported and assist guests while cleaning public areas, including restrooms. This is an active role that requires standing and moving throughout the shift, as well as using hands, crouching, and kneeling. The EVS team must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Shift hours are 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., and the starting pay is $16.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Good customer service skills and fluency in English are required.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and remain physically active, including using hands, crouching, kneeling, and constantly moving.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
- Verbal and written communication skills are strongly preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of energy, confidence, and professionalism is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
