About The Position

Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a Lead Online Grocery Shopper to help deliver a positive online grocery shopping experience. The role involves selecting and preparing curbside pickup and delivery orders, assisting customers with product questions and requests, and addressing feedback or complaints. The Lead Online Grocery Shopper also guides and trains the e-commerce team, coordinates with store departments, and reports issues and inventory availability to store management and the E-commerce Coordinator.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Resourceful and energetic approach to work.
• Friendly, helpful, supportive, communicative, reliable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, scan, and pack orders for pickup and/or delivery.
• Provide outstanding service throughout the customer experience.
• Recommend comparable substitutes for discontinued or unavailable products.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints.
• Report issues and inventory availability to Store Management and the E-commerce Coordinator.
• Engage with customers and ensure special requests and instructions are followed.
• Help enhance and confirm the accuracy of product pricing and information.
• Collaborate with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and train the e-commerce team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
