About The Position

Rosauers Supermarkets is seeking a Lead Online Grocery Shopper to provide guidance on products, prepare curbside pickup orders, and assist with customer inquiries. The role supports a positive customer experience by resolving issues, communicating effectively, and paying close attention to detail. The Lead Online Grocery Shopper also leads, motivates, and trains the e-commerce team and works with store departments to deliver efficient service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete a pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
• Friendly and enjoys interacting with people.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select, scan, and pack orders for pickup and/or delivery.
• Provide outstanding service throughout the customer experience.
• Guide customers on comparable substitutes for discontinued or unavailable products.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints.
• Report issues and inventory availability to Store Management and the E-commerce Coordinator.
• Engage with customers and ensure special requests and instructions are followed.
• Help enhance and confirm the accuracy of product pricing and information.
• Collaborate with store departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Lead, motivate, and train the e-commerce team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
