About The Position

The Home Shopping Department Manager leads daily digital order fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer orders and a seamless pickup and delivery experience. The role oversees fulfillment processes, supports customer satisfaction, and contributes to digital sales growth and overall store success.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role involving team management, scheduling, performance monitoring, customer issue resolution, and coordination with other department leaders. The manager ensures the proper use of fulfillment technology and compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperature environments.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company safety policies and Code of Business Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Home Shopping Department operations to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused order fulfillment.
• Deliver a strong pickup and delivery experience and professionally resolve customer concerns, substitutions, and refunds.
• Coordinate fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, dispensing, and delivery coordination where applicable.
• Ensure proper use of Home Shopping technology, handheld devices, and fulfillment systems.
• Monitor performance measures such as order accuracy, pick rates, on-time completion, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and manage schedules aligned with order volume, peak demand, and productivity expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to address inventory availability and out-of-stocks affecting orders.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Home Shopping associates while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, quality, and company operational standards.
