About The Position

Wachter is seeking a Lead NetSuite Administrator to serve as the backbone of our ERP ecosystem. This role involves leading a dedicated team, including a NetSuite Administrator and a Business Analyst, to ensure systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The Lead NetSuite Administrator will act as the bridge between IT and the Finance, Accounting, and Operations departments, overseeing the day-to-day health of NetSuite and managing critical integrations with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Dayforce. This position requires a balance of hands-on configuration, strategic leadership, and quality oversight. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently to find solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in NetSuite financials, projects, and purchasing modules.
  • Proven experience managing complex integrations and third-party vendor relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and quality assurance.
  • Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of direct, hands-on NetSuite administration in a complex production ERP environment.
  • Current NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification is required.
  • Deep knowledge of the NetSuite security model (roles/permissions), SuiteFlow (workflows), saved searches, and custom record architecture.
  • Proven experience managing data flows and integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dayforce).
  • Proven ability to partner directly with Accounting and Finance teams to solve business challenges.
  • Experience acting as a technical lead, mentoring junior staff, or managing project prioritization for a small team.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot performance issues and communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience through a full-cycle ERP implementation or led a major NetSuite enhancement project.
  • Experience collaborating with external implementation partners or third-party vendors.
  • Strong familiarity with NetSuite Financials (General Ledger, AP/AR, and month-end close processes).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration of users, roles, workflows, and custom records.
  • Manage sandbox-to-production deployment cycles.
  • Act as the lead for integrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dayforce) and partner with developers on complex data flows.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and design approval for the NetSuite Admin and Business Analyst.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.
  • Maintain high standards for data migration, reconciliation, and system documentation.
